WARRANTIES
All products from Macoma Italy Srl come with a 24-month warranty if you are a private consumer and a 12-month warranty if you are a customer purchasing with a VAT number. All products sold by Macoma Italy Srl are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and a 24-month warranty (starting from the invoice date) for conformity defects, according to Legislative Decree No. 24 of February 2, 2002. The seller's liability follows article 132 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, while the manufacturer's conventional warranty is expressed in article 133 of the same decree.
The 24-month warranty under Legislative Decree No. 206/05 applies to products with a conformity defect, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and the information in the attached technical documentation.
To benefit from the warranty, you will need to keep the invoice, which you can download in electronic format from your account. If, following intervention by Macoma Italy Srl, the reported defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty due to tampering or damage caused by improper installation or use of the product, you will be charged for any verification and restoration costs, as well as transport costs if incurred by Macoma Italy Srl.
The replacement or eventual repair times for the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies. If, for any reason, Macoma Italy Srl is unable to provide you with a warranted product (restored or replaced), we will, at our discretion, proceed to refund the entire amount paid or work with you to find a similar product that guarantees the same quality as the purchased product.
15-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Just for you, Macoma Italy Srl extends the right of withdrawal to 15 days, which by law is due within 14 days of purchase! The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to return the purchased product and receive a refund of the amount spent. This way, you ensure the possibility to return any product and be reimbursed for the entire amount paid thanks to the 15-day right of withdrawal.
The only expenses that will be required and on which you cannot be reimbursed are the shipping costs of the product to the address Via - S.S. 115 Km 212 Cap. 92020 Palma di Montechiaro (AG). The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited if the returned product is not intact, meaning:
• Lack of the original packaging;
• Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.);
• Damage to the product due to causes other than transportation.
In case one or more products are damaged and/or unusable, Macoma Italy Srl will dispose of them according to legal procedures.
