Delivery

We ship worldwide. Packages are generally shipped within 4 to 5 weeks of ordering, unless they are custom-made products, for which we will notify you of the delivery date when you place your order.

All of our shipments are made through the service of DHL or FEDEX.

All shipments are insured against damage or loss.

Shipments are traceable, and a tracking code will be provided at the time of shipment. You will be able to use the code to monitor the progress of the shipment 24 hours a day on the courier's website.

Order Insurance:

All shipments are insured free of charge against damage or loss until the goods are delivered to the address given at the time of purchase. Please note that it is your responsibility to pick up your order to ensure service. We recommend that you make arrangements in advance and contact our Customer Service Department if you are unable to pick up your order.

Non-EU Shipping Details:

Each order will be accompanied by an invoice indicating the price paid. This practice is valid for all countries outside the European Union, and in accordance with the law it is not possible to declare a price other than the price actually paid or to indicate that it is a gift.

Customs costs (taxes, duties): Shipments may be subject to duties, depending on the country of destination. In the case of duty-paid (DDU) shipments, in countries outside the European Union, no VAT is charged on the price of the products, but local import and/or customs clearance fees may apply.
